Privacy Policy

1. Our Approach to Privacy

Pyronyx Dynamics is a robotics design studio. We do not trade in data. We do not build advertising profiles, sell user information, or operate surveillance networks. The data we collect is the minimum required to communicate with prospective and active clients, deliver engineering services, and maintain the security of our digital infrastructure. This policy explains exactly what we gather, why we gather it, and what happens to it.

Because our work involves proprietary mechanical designs, kinematic trade secrets, and client-confidential specifications, we treat every byte of information that passes through our systems with the same rigor we apply to a load-bearing joint or a safety-critical actuator. Nothing less is acceptable.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following categories, and only when you voluntarily provide it or when it is automatically transmitted by your browser for technical operation:

  • Contact Information: When you submit a form on our website or email us directly, we receive your name, email address, phone number, and any details you choose to include about your project. This is used solely to respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether we are the right studio for your needs.
  • Project Information: During an active engagement, we receive specifications, CAD files, test data, technical requirements, and other materials necessary to perform our engineering services. All such materials are governed by the confidentiality terms of our Project Contract.
  • Technical Data: Our servers automatically log standard technical information — IP addresses, browser types, timestamps, and pages visited — for the purpose of diagnosing technical issues and defending against malicious activity. These logs are retained for a maximum of ninety days and are never used for marketing or tracking across sites.
  • Communication Records: Emails, meeting notes, and written correspondence related to a project are retained for the duration of the client relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter to satisfy contractual obligations.

3. How We Use Information

Every use of information is tied directly to the delivery of our services:

  • To respond to inquiries and provide information about our capabilities.
  • To prepare proposals, scopes of work, and project estimates.
  • To execute contracted design, engineering, prototyping, and consulting services.
  • To communicate about project status, milestones, and deliverables.
  • To invoice clients and process payments.
  • To maintain the security, integrity, and performance of our digital platforms.

We do not use client data for any purpose beyond the explicit scope of the engagement. We do not train machine learning models on client designs. We do not monetize information.

4. Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses only essential, first-party cookies required for its basic operation — session management, form submission, and security. We do not deploy third-party tracking cookies, advertising pixels, social media trackers, or analytics scripts that share data with external entities. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any similar surveillance infrastructure.

If this changes in the future — for example, if we add a lightweight, self-hosted analytics tool to understand how our site is used — we will update this policy and provide clear notice before any data collection begins.

5. Data Storage and Security

Client project files and communications are stored on encrypted, access-controlled servers. We implement technical and organizational measures — including encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, and routine security audits — to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

While we take substantial precautions, no digital system can be guaranteed impenetrable. In the event of a data breach involving your information, we will notify affected parties within seventy-two hours of discovery and provide details on the scope of the incident and remedial actions taken.

6. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We may engage contractors or vendors (e.g., prototyping labs, specialty fabricators) who require limited access to project files to fulfill their role. All such providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order. We will notify you of any such request unless prohibited from doing so.
  • Business Transfers: In the unlikely event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, client information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the same privacy protections.

7. Retention

Contact inquiry data is retained for twenty-four months. Active project files are retained for the duration of the client relationship and for seven years following project completion, as required for engineering liability and contractual obligations. Technical server logs are purged after ninety days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us; we will comply within thirty days, subject to any legal or contractual retention requirements.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, as well as the right to object to or restrict certain processing activities. To exercise any of these rights, email us with the subject line "Data Rights Request." We will verify your identity and respond within thirty calendar days. We do not discriminate against anyone who exercises their privacy rights.

9. Minors

Our services are directed at professional engineers, industrial designers, and commercial entities. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of eighteen. If we learn that we have inadvertently received such information, we will delete it immediately.
